Fingerprint Reader Not Recognized on Laptop

Hello,I’m having trouble with the built-in fingerprint reader on my laptop (ThinkPad T16 Gen 1). It used to work fine with Windows Hello, but recently it stopped working. Here's what I’ve done so far:Checked Device Manager, but there’s no Biometric Devices listed.Found an Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.Downloaded and installed the Goodix Fingerprint Reader Driver from my laptop manufacturer’s support site.Restarted the laptop, but the fingerprint reader still isn’t showing up in Device Manager or Windows Hello.I’ve tried uninstallin
