Fingerprint not working and I accidentally deleted biometric/goodix/i dont rlly know what is called while trying to get fingerprint to work

Hi, I'm using the Lenovo Yoga 7 14ITL5. I recently notice my fingerprint was not working for me to sign in, so the past hour I've been searching and trying to get it back (with the suggestions found on both the Windows and Lenovo websites) with nothing working. Ultimately I thought I'd uninstall the goodix finger print driver thing, thinking it would either come back itself or i could redownload/restore it. As it turns out, I can no longer find the biometrics tab in Device Manager, and my fingerprint scanner still says "We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Finge
