Fingerprint & Face recognition can't finish set up on hp elitebook x360 1040 g7

Hello everyone i'm trying to set up my fingerprint and face recognition for my laptop but I receive the error 'sorry, something went wrong- close windows Hello, and then try going through the set up again.' What could be the reason guys. I'm just setting it up for the first time.
