Fingerprint driver ???

Since I got this laptop till now I still dont have my fingerprint working.So I own a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05 which was manufactured 3 years ago and still working fine. It's currently running Windows 11 23H2 22631.4169 (You can check my bio for the rest of the specs).Everything is working like It should EXCEPT for the fingerprint driver. It doesn't seem to be recognized.At first, I didn't care about it that much, but now I need to secure my account, and the fingerprint driver is either not recognized or not accepted by Windows Hello:I downloaded the drivers from my Lenovo support webpage, and
