fingerprint don't work on my laptop

Dear Sir/MadamI have bought Lenovo thinkpad T490 i5 gen 8 . I still don't understand that why my laptop's fingerprint option is not available on my laptop. Although I have researched a lot about finding the solution to that issues even I followed the same direction as I learned from the researcher but unfortunately, my problem is still the same and the official driver don't show on device manager.
