fingerprint currently unavailable

fingerprint is currently unavailable, I'm so frustrated rn, i do all the things that I can- like update the driver, or looking the latest updated driver on asus website for fingerprint devices but nothing has helped so far, but getting stuck- cannot open my laptop using fingerprint anymore
