Finding a Win 11 product key in the Windows.old folder

Hi, I've been used Win 11 on my PC. Recently, my PC got stucked by BSoDs, so I re-installed Windows 11. But because of the PC status, I couldn't retrieve the product key and the windows edition.So, I wonder how I get the product key from Windows.old folder and which Windows edition that I installed before.The PC is registered in my Microsoft account, but I cannot find the key.
