Filters are not working

Hello Support,


I have outlook 2010 and have created one rules as below,


1) Any email which is coming to <g class="gr_ gr_14 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="14" id="14">inbox</g> will be forwarded to a particular email address ( This is working )

2) I have added exception "except if from people" for <g class="gr_ gr_16 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="16" id="16">couple</g> of email addresses <g class="gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="12" id="12">saperated</g> by <g class="gr_ gr_15 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="15" id="15">comma</g> ( This is working )


But I can see that out of 20 emails it does not forward 4-5 emails and I <g class="gr_ gr_13 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="13" id="13">dont</g> know how to resolve this issue.
