Film purchased through Microsoft Movies and Tv will not play.

I recently purchased (on January 6th 2025) Crash a 1996 release starring James Spader. Every time i try to watch the movie i get an error 0xc00d36cb. I have tried both playback and download on different PC's , one running Windows 11 and the other Windows 10. Trying to play back the movie on Xbox Series X gives me the same error. My Microsoft account and store are set to my Country of residence.
