Files I save on Onedrive folders take too long to be shown on Explorer

After I save a new file using any app (i.e. PowerPoint), I open Explorer but the files are not there.If, afterwards, I try to "save as" the same file through the app, it shows up in the save dialog box.It takes sometimes a long while until I can see the file in Explorer. Refreshing does not help, and it seems to be unrelated to my Internet connection speed.
