Files explorer missing Recent Files and more on the Home Page

Hello, In a recent Windows 11 update, the Files Explorer App does not show "Quick Acess", "Favourites" and "Recent Files" anymore on the Home Page (Screenshot 1), compared to a screenshot online (Screenshot 2), but rather just a whole pile of files unorganized into sections. However, when I save something, let's say a picture from the web, it shows those sections (Screenshot 3). This problem has persisted for quite some time, not just in this new update.
