File sharing not working on two PC's on my LAN

I have no problems with sharing files between laptops and one other PC on my LAN. I use the credentials on all computers. I have applied my "fixes" found on the internet but none of them work.I have somehow managed to get once PC visible in explorer Networking but get the error code 0x80070035 network path not found. The other pc does not even show up in network. Yes discovery and alike are all active. I have tried turning SMB 1 back on, removed ipv6 networking on the nic's.I have also run : sfc /scannow Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /StartComponentcleanup Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /Ch
