File restore failed

I ran a file restore because following a backup two days ago and replacing Microsoft 2019 with 365 outlook folders disappeared and I was having problems connecting to the internet and was slow to load.When the file restore finished I got a message that it had run into problems and the automatic repair failed to fix the problem.Please can someone help me. If I reset my pc I will have a nightmare of a time getting back to how it used to be.Thanks
