File Picker UI Host not responding

Good day, I have a question regarding to my laptop. I was planning to change the wallpaper though browsing on my files. Then suddenly, it stops as my laptop is not responding. When I clicked the cross to cancel it, it said that file picker ui host is not responding, and settings stop working unless I have to try opening settings again. Can you help me with this? It bothers me as I think my laptop was in some sort of malfunction. I'm worried this is not working. Thank you.
