How can I fix the 'working on it' issue for file explorer. The issue is with all of my applications (Rhino, Adobe Products, even Chrome, ect.). When performing 'export' or 'save as' the application stops responding almost immediately and the 'working on it' prompt appears in the file explorer. Additionally, trying to upload causes the same problem. Like uploading a file to chrome or onedrive.
