(with FE window at the screen's top), SHOULD show all of this ... and would, if only the menu opened downwards In a File Explorer window, hitting the See more ellipsis SHOULD give a menu that goes DOWN. However, currently, it goes/opens up(wards). IF a window is at or near the top edge of a screen (monitor), a portion of said menu is cut off, cannot be seen or used, since blocked from view. This menu MUST open DOWN(wards). PLEASE, FIX this for the joy & happine
