File Explorer/Security Issue?

[Windows 11]

I have been unable to access any windows (explorer) folders on my desktop since the recent update. It updated when I turned on my PC.When I click on a folder it highlights but will not open. It opens the Home screen if I click on Explorer in the taskbar but I am then unable to select any folders after that. I have full administration rights but they don't seem to be working. I made a second user account and it does not have this issue.It does not effect any browsers/games etc only Windows Explorer folders.PC reboot doesnt workI have tried to restart windows explorer - does not fix the issuesfc
