File Explorer - recent files are showing which I haven't opened

Quire frequently when I open File Explorer, there is always a batch of the same files (mixture of Word/Excel/pdfs) that are stored both locally and on Onedrive that show as recent but I haven't opened them recently.I've checked the properties of these files via File Explorer and they all show in details as being accessed by my PC at the time they show on Recent, but I haven't opened them!The date/time mostly correspond with the date/time I previously opened File Explorer but this is sporadic. As an example if I open File Explorer at 17:20 and then close it down, if I go back in to File Explore
