File explorer recent file not refreshing

hello MS, I am using Windows 11 version 22631.3737 . after downloaded a file (picture or video ) explorer not showing the file ( not refreshing ) it need manual refresh . when i try to upload a file, explorer take time to refresh itself. few sec after file showing to upload.. i tried DSIM and Scannow..cleared recent files, done virus scan with microsoft defender and Malwarebyte nothing detected.. i have 600+ file in Download folder , few days before it shows empty folder ( screen shot attached..)i really hate windows 11. very bad experience..
