File Explorer Preview ICON of Pictures (photos) is stretched

Note: This is NOT the my icons are all stretched out problemIn Windows Explorer icons of pictures / photos. If it's (already horizontal it's fine).. if it's vertical it's stretch out the photo icon to the same dimensions as the horizontal preview photos.A Vertical Photo in File Explorer:AND BUT... when I double-click to open the photo in the Photos app, it's fine:So somewhere something got changed to "make all preview icons of photos to xxx width and yyy height, where width is more than height"- not just the "wide" ones.
