File explorer pane goes out of display

Whenever I click the three dots in file explorer, the pane that pops up goes literally above my display. Now I use a single laptop screen as my display and nothing else. While the issue isn't exactly troublesome, it is a little annoying. It wasn't always like this but started going up about 2-3 weeks ago, which I'm assuming is due to some software update. Could anyone help me fix this? My OS is W11 Pro for Workstation if that's helpful.Video on google drive showing exactly what happens
