FILE EXPLORER: Not finding an obvious file when the search isn't exact.

Hi, In File Explorer's search, I'm looking in my Downloads directory for the file "inbox". This file named "inbox" is a PDF. I'm here because in Outlook I'm trying to convert my inbox to a PDF, and during this, Outlook says I already have a PDF named "inbox" in the downloads folder. So, here I am searching for the existing file named "inbox", which is a PDF. I type in "inbox" and I get this: There is no file named "inbox" and no PDFs found containing the word "inbox" in the title - only Excel workbooks and an Outlook item (whatever that is) that is clearly not named "inbox" (the filename is
