File Explorer keeps restarting every 30 seconds on Windows 11 dev version 23493

I recently updated my system to Windows 11 dev version 23493 and since then, the File Explorer process keeps restarting every 30 seconds. I have tried rebooting my system and running the sfc/scannow command on the cmd but it did not help. I have a video of the issue happening. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
