File explorer keeps popping up and volume goes down randomly

For the last couple of months I have been experiencing file explorer popping up and the volume going down at the same time randomly. This happens when I am using applications or when I am not using the computer at all. I have tried all of the recommendations made by people in the community with similar issues, but nothing works.It started when I was running Windows 10, so I upgraded to Windows 11 hopping that it would resolve, but the problem persists.... Any ideas? I very much appreciate the help....
