File Explorer folders will not open to full view

[Windows 11]

HelloHave Windows 11 and clock on the file explorer folder to open my Documents folder. Problem is not able to view the file folder. All I get is this view:I click on Move and this box disappears. I try and click on a folder on my Desktop and get the same thing. I am unable to view folders beyond the taskbar.
