File Explorer crashes

I keep my computer on basically 24/7 and usually have a File Explorer window open with 2 or 3 folders I access frequently. After a day or 2 file explorer crashes I can usually reopen a folder I have on my desktop for a bit but when I click file explorer on the taskbar it crashes.
