File Explorer crashes whenever selecting any icon in the navigation pane

The navigation pane is somehow broken. Whenever I select anything in it, File Explorer crashes for no reason.Right-clicking anywhere? Fine, nothing wrong with it.Expanding a folder? Check, working just fine.Collapsing a folder? A-OK.Selecting anything in the navigation pane specifically? Freeze the window, then crash. 100% of the times.Already tried the ShellExView solution, no fix. The context menu has nothing to do with this.My OS: Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2, build 19045.3031.
