Like in the title, what happens is sometimes on boot, or at other seemingly random times, File Explorer will simply restart, regardless if I'm using the File Explorer in any way, shape, or form, or not. It even happens when I'm gaming, and the event causes my PC to slow down and programs will hesitate to even respond until I open Task Manager to manually restart Windows Explorer. A temporary solution I got to was; video of process.1. Starting a task to run Explorer.exe. It won't run, until I get the Explorer to close and restart.- I suspect it's more than an Explorer issue since on an old lapt
