File Explorer "Account Disconnected", but when I log in, error code: AADSTS500200 and requires me to use organizational account?

When I bought this PC and had my friend build it and set it up, he set up a new email and password for it. Somehow in the past 3 years, it has become disconnected to where I cannot access my drives, program files, etc. When I log in, it gives me the following message. "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.AADSTS500200: User account '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' is a personal Microsoft account.
