File explored maximized bug ?

So i just build a brand new windows 11 pc. File explored wont stay maximized. It doesnt remember the size and location. I tried via shortcut properties, i tried having the window maximized instead of normal, tried the control+click, the shift + click on x method, even installed a custom explored that supposedly worked...nothing. I havent seen this bug before, but its driving me nuts. I want every folder i open to be maximized.
