File called "program" listed as a file under my startup applications in windows 11

I have no clue on what this is, BUT ... I reinstalled Windows 11 from the cloud, plain new.. NEW.. no backup, no previous file.. and the Program is still there.. so I am assumming this is either Windows or Office which is the only suite running in the computer. Have nothing else. I have ran 3 antiviruses now and no warnings whatsoever....Can anybody, please help?
