ffmpeg.dll missing when trying to reinstall teams

Hi,My Teams icon went missing in my outlook and I uninstall teams and add on and went to microsoft teams page and downloaded teams but when i tried to install it getting error massage that could not found ffmpeg.dll.I have tried sfc/scannow in cmd and remove %localappdata%Microsoft/ teams and reboot.but same problem.
