Few Programs Are Hanging and Error Messages in Event Viewer for WebCache folder in User Profile

Hello,Since last 3 days, some of the programs (installed in my Lenovo Ideapad S340) such as Adobe Acrobat DC, CCleaner, Ashampoo WinOptimizer, Ashampoo Registry Cleaner etc have been hanging after launching / opening them. The cursor icon remains in "loading" state after 3-4 seconds.When I click on close ('x') button, it shows the pop up as "Adobe Acrobat DC is not responding". I have no choice but to click on "Close the program" option.I tried executing sfc /scannow command, it completed 100% successfully and gave the message that it has repaired some of the corrupted files.After that I also
