Feedback Hub requiring AAD?

I've been a Windows Insider for about ten years, and have reported issues using Feedback Hub under my personal account. Recently I added a Copilot+ PC (Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge) to my portfolio, and set it up as a Dev insider. Everything went well, until today, when build 26120 failed to install with a 0x800f081f. I ran the Update Troubleshooter, which detected issues but failed to fix them., and dumped me into Feedback Hub to report the problem.
