Feedback Hub Does Not Work Due to Certain Age Limit

I am on Windows 11 Insider Dev build 23511.1000. Ever since I clean installed Dev builds on my PC, I have encountered a major issue with Feedback Hub.When I signed in with my Microsoft account, it showed me an error, and it doesn't let me view feedback from anyone, including myself. I can't even find any option to even submit feedback.The error says, 'While we value feedback, we only collect feedback from people over a certain age.
