Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 stuck while installing

Hi all, i know this is an old topic but i need help, after a fresh install of 10 version 1909, i have downloaded all required updated, and the only update it will not install is Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2, gets stuck on 25 or 30%, have done 2 fresh installs, i have windows 11 to install but i need a minimum version of 10 to be running first, have run update troubleshooter but was no helpRegardsGrant
