FAT 32 file saved on NTFS drive

Will I lose anything if I save my files that were created on a drive

formatted FAT 32 to a drive formatted NTFS?
 
If you did, it would be almost impossible to copy files from USB thumb

drives. Since people do it every day, the answer is apparently no,

you will not lose anything.
