Fastest Way to delete a file from a BitLocker Encrypted drive.

Hello peeps, we have a lot of company laptops with admin accounts, user accounts and BitLocker encryption.A lot of them have faced an issue with uninstalling an app that leaves behind a file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers making them unable to boot. Currently what we need to do is turn them on, skip to recovery, enable safemode through CMD, enter the admin password, delete the files manually, disable safeboot through CMD, reboot. (We have to enable safemode through cmd and then disable it instead of simply selecting it in the recovery options because that requires the BitLocker Recovery Key wh
