fast forward on any platform is not constant, it pauses at times instead.

It has been about a month when I noticed that on Amazon Prime I can fast forward twice with not issues by the 3rd time it will pause instead. In other words, FF 2X = FF, and then FF the next 2 X will pause instead. I thought this to be an Amazon new thing, new setting, but having now 2 other platforms and it is doing the same thing made me realize that perhaps my settings somewhere (maybe in browser) have made it this way. Note that it i s always 2X OK and 2X (pause) hence it cannot have anything to do with buffering. Unless of course it is a weird coincidence that it happens to be always 2X.W
