Family safety issues after formatting pc

Hi. I reinstalled windows after formatting my sons computer. The computer name was different from last time, but I added him as user with his regular e-mail. It does not want to update in the family safety app. I can only see the old settings woth the old computer name, before formatting and reinstalling.I’ve tried deleting his user, and adding him again before adding his account on the computer. Still no difference.Any tips?
