Hi, I am trying to log into my child's account but can't get pass the pin login screen. keeps getting message "Something went wrong. We were unable to send your request. Are you connected to the Internet?" The machine is connected to the internet.I have tried the following:Rebooting several timesLogging into their Microsoft account to ensure its verified and that it is assigned to the correct deviceRemoving time limits on the app and my win365 account Removed and added again to family groupPlease advise how I can correct this issue.
