Family Safety Issue :Unable to remove my account under family phone number added as MSA.

I cannot leave the Family group. I am not seeing the option to manage the account. So, there is no option for me to change my birthdate. Please do feel free to reply for me to provide my email. Already contacted chat support. * Moved from Community Center
