Family Safety does not work (keeps pestering my nephew to log in again despite being logged in, and unable to remove members that I added)

Hello everyone,I recently installed Windows 10 on my dad's ancient PC because 8.1 didn't cut it anymore. Due to its customer-hostile design I had to create an online account for my nephew to be able to set time limits.However, family safety isn't working right. Though it worked alright on day 1, ever since Windows keeps demanding him to sign again so he can ask for more time whenever he just logged in. It also demands a second email address for verification, which I think is ludicrous for a child account. Getting a separate email account for a 9-year old is inherently questionable to begin wit
