Family Safety - child account Hacked

Hi my son’s account has been hacked. It now appears in my family safety account under a different name, email address and there’s no way I can access it now as they have changed the email and password. How can I recover the account as it has affected anccess to my sons outlook and Xbox accounts so we can’t log in to anything now? Help please, very stressful
