Family Safety android app - can't press lock device button

[Windows 10]

Hello,Im trying to use Family Safety on Windows 10 PC,the time limits are constantly not working and I would like to lock the device using Family Safety android app,I can see the "Lock Device" button but can't press it, I'm trying to press it but nothing happens.I've installed all Windows updates and tried to remove/add my child account from MS family, but it didn't help.
