False malware detection

I'm the developer of a useful tool for Android enthusiasts, but recently I started getting lots of bad feedback because a part of it (adb.exe - android debug bridge, made by Google) is being detected as a trojan by MSE. I hope this is fixed soon as many other people use it in their apps and have the same problem.
