faint horizontal line on the left side on my screen

good day,i've been experiencing an issue where faint grey lines are appearing all over the left side of my screen, these lines are more noticeable upon the computer's startup and fade gradually over time into less visible lines. The problem began when my PSU suddendly stopped working one day, i have since replaced the PSU with a new one, but the problem persists. i have reinstalled and updated my graphics driver, updated my bios, updated my chipset driver, tried sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f. ive determined that the issue is not related to the monitor.my specs are:rx 6750 xtryzen 5 7600xROG STRIX
