Failed Update KB928365

What do I do? The subject update fails each time I try to install it. I
keep getting receiving notifications to install the update, which is already
downloaded, But each time I try it fails.

This update relates to Microsoft .NET Framework

What do I do to fix this?

Read the thread "SOLUTION to failed .NET update" above. There are at least a
dozen similar threads all with the same solution.
