Failed to read Delta Log

I have been trying to figure this out for some hours now but have found no resolution. I had a black screen on my laptop when I opened it, as I normally dont turn it off, and I was tryign to turn it on but nothing would work so I held the power button to turn it off and then turned it back on. When I turned it on, it says Processing Delta Log record…….159 and then says failed to read Delta Log. So I press esc and it boots up saying preparing automatic repair but brings me to a boot menu, I click startup repair and it says startup repair couldn't repair your PC, in most cases I’ve seen, there w
