Failed to factory reset and after trying some troubleshooting I can't login as admin, now I can't open cmd to do anymore troubleshooting.

Bought my friend computer yesterday and was working fine. He was lazy to reset it himself. So I factory reset my computer and it failed. It kept my friends login but there was no data on it. Couldn't login with his password getting an error because it had no data so it had no password. So locked out.Opened up command prompt from login screen it had his old email. Was able to login as admin. Tried resetting again failed. Couldn't restore to previous point because it was a factory reset wasn't trying to save files. Back to command prompt tried the factory reset command. Didnt recognize it and wo
